Natascia and Adam’s wedding blended timeless elegance and fairytale magic beautifully, set in Newport, Rhode Island. It was a weekend filled with unforgettable moments and intricate details inspired by our deepest passions. As guests entered our fairytale world, they were transported to a realm where dreams met reality. Imagine a scene of regal opulence mixed with ethereal charm—delicate textiles, cascading florals, and soft candlelight. Each element was carefully chosen to evoke a sense of timeless romance, blending echoes of the past with contemporary allure. Our vows were exchanged at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, with an atmosphere of magic and reverence reminiscent of John F. and Jackie Kennedy’s historic union there in 1953. Later, we celebrated at the grand Rosecliff Mansion, adorned with blooms and greenery, creating an intimate, secret garden atmosphere within a historic gilded-age mansion. The bride exuded grace in a gown fit for royalty, complemented by multiple dress changes, adding enchantment to the evening. The groom epitomized sophistication in his classic black tuxedo. Together, we embodied a vision of timeless romance, capturing a love transcending time and space. Our guests enjoyed a royal culinary journey, with each course paying tribute to our favorite flavors, family recipes, and historical highlights—featuring dishes from the RMS Titanic dinner menu and whimsical food trucks to end the night with excitement. Every culinary masterpiece was crafted to tantalize the senses, from the first sip of champagne to the final dance under the stars.

Fashion played a pivotal role in our wedding, serving as a defining element of our celebration. Natasica’s attire was a testament to her exquisite taste and flair for style. She gracefully adorned herself in three distinct dresses throughout the day, complemented by accessories from renowned designers Cartier, Jimmy Choo, and Sophia Webster. Her journey down the aisle commenced in a magnificent ballgown by Sahar Fotouhi For Panache Atelier for Panache Atelier. It was resplendent with delicate embroidery and intricate beadwork, featuring a dramatic strapless neckline that exuded timeless elegance. Paired with a cathedral-length lace veil, it was a vision of bridal splendor. Following the ceremony, Natasica transitioned into her second gown by Bert, a stunning creation characterized by its long sleeves, plunging V-neckline, and exquisite lace embellishments adorned with crystal beading. With its alluring open back, this mermaid silhouette dress perfectly captured the essence of romance and sophistication. For the final outfit change, Natasica opted for a delightful twist with a fun white flapper-style dress from Jovani. This dress paid homage to the iconic film adaptation of F. Scott Fitzgerald’s “The Great Gatsby,” which is significant as it was filmed at our wedding venue. This playful yet elegant ensemble added a touch of whimsy to the festivities, creating an unforgettable moment. In a delightful surprise, the bridesmaids and mother of the bride joined Natasica in embracing the flapper aesthetic, donning their own chic flapper dresses to accompany her in style. Together, they epitomized the spirit of the roaring twenties, infusing the celebration with a sense of vintage charm and joie de vivre that enchanted all present.

Natascia and Adam, both first-generation American-Italians and self-proclaimed foodies, knew that exceptional cuisine was an absolute priority for their wedding day. With a nod to their Italian heritage and love for all things culinary, they curated a culinary experience that delighted the senses and reflected their unique tastes. Partnering with Blackstone Catering, guests were treated to an array of delectable offerings, including pasta stations, antipasto platters, and a fresh Rhode Island raw bar—each dish a celebration of flavor and tradition. A highlight of the evening was the meticulously crafted bar menu featuring three signature drinks that captured the essence of their heritage, favorite movies, and beloved pets. From the refreshing Sicilian Ragdoll to the bold Heart of the Ocean and the indulgent Snippy Snickers, each cocktail was a masterpiece, complete with monogram-branded citrus peels adding a personal touch. Natascia and Adam added a heartfelt touch by incorporating cherished family recipes, including Noni’s Ricotta Cake, a beloved ode to Natascia’s grandmother. As dessert took center stage, in addition to an entire room dedicated to various desserts, guests were invited to indulge in a sweet interlude outdoors with A La Mode, a nut-free ice cream truck from NYC. This thoughtful addition catered to Natascia’s allergy and delighted everyone with its irresistibly delicious treats. The culinary journey continued with a pizza truck from A Mano, satisfying cravings with authentic wood-fired pies, and a Poffertjes station serving one of their favorite desserts. And because no celebration is complete without a late-night treat, guests enjoyed a savory surprise with late-night fare from Chick-fil-A, ensuring that the festivities ended on a delicious note. From traditional Italian flavors to inventive culinary delights, Natascia and Adam’s wedding feast was a true reflection of their heritage, their passion for food, and their commitment to creating an unforgettable experience for all who shared in their special day.

[field title=”Florals & Decor”]

The floral design of Natascia and Adam’s wedding was a breathtaking symphony of lush romance. It incorporated an array of exquisite blooms such as roses, hydrangeas, and orchids—the latter being a touching homage to Natascia’s grandmother, who held a particular fondness for these delicate flowers. Vibrant greenery added a lush, natural element to the design, evoking a sense of timeless elegance and enchantment. Throughout the venue, guests were treated to stunning displays of floral artistry from The Wild Dahlia. From raised floral columns adorned with cascading candlelight to elaborate floral runners that adorned the tables, every detail exuded luxury and sophistication. The sweetheart table was decorated with a magnificent hanging installation, ensuring the couple was enveloped in blooms from every angle, creating a romantic oasis amidst the celebration. Florals also took center stage during cocktail hour, when guests were greeted by a magnificent floral wall boasting over 3,000 live blooms—a stunning photo backdrop. The antique Rolls Royce getaway car was adorned with a lavish floral bumper, adding a whimsy and romance to the grand exit. Cascading greenery climbed the columns of Rosecliff Mansion‘s historic marble terrace and grand staircase, lending an air of timeless beauty to the surroundings. From the ceremony’s grandeur to the reception’s intimacy, the floral design elevated every moment, creating a truly unforgettable ambiance of elegance and romance. Another integral component of the overall design was the meticulous selection of linens from BBJ La Tavola, which added a layer of elegance and sophistication to the tablescape. Blush velvets, delicate sequined floral linens, and textiles threaded with gold adorned the tables, creating a sumptuous backdrop for the celebration. Details and Swirls added a personalized touch to the venue with stunning hand-lettered ornate antique mirrors, which served as focal points throughout the space. The seating chart, table numbers, and mirrors adorned with quotes from the couple’s beloved films, such as Titanic and The Notebook, infuse the atmosphere with a sense of romance and nostalgia. These thoughtful accents added depth and character to the décor, ensuring every design element reflected the couple’s unique style and love story.

The wedding showcased a stunningly crafted wedding cake by Confectionery Designs, a true masterpiece adorned with intricate sugar florals that seamlessly complemented the ballroom’s elegant décor. Resting upon a bed of natural florals that mirrored the sugar blooms so closely, distinguishing between the two became a delightful challenge. A personalized touch was added with a sugar monogram that mirrored the custom monogram from Cartalia, tying the design together with exquisite detail. Guests were also treated to a delectable tres leches cake from Uptown, a cherished bakery in Natascia’s hometown of Connecticut. This decadent dessert added a nostalgic touch to the celebration, inviting guests to indulge in a taste of tradition and homegrown sweetness. Together, these confections elevated the culinary experience, ensuring that every moment of the celebration was as delicious as it was memorable.

Recognizing our guests’ diverse backgrounds and tastes, it was paramount to select Music that would resonate with everyone, regardless of culture or generation. The bands masterfully performed an eclectic repertoire, with a special nod to Italian Music to honor Natascia and Adam’s heritage and delight their families. The European designer Cartalia artfully created Natascia and Adam’s invitation and stationery design. The invitation suite was meticulously designed to replicate the intricate iron gates of the famed Rosecliff Mansion, featuring incredible die-cut paper details. The invite included a hand-drawn map showcasing important Newport landmarks for the weekend events, complemented by romantic calligraphy and ornate floral and flourished details reminiscent of the Gilded Age theme. The color palette of the paper encompassed shades of ivory, mauve, blush, and gold, an embossed mirror token, a velvet hard cover folder, and a custom-made shipping box for each suite. This cohesive design extended to the day-of-paper elements, including guest menus and detail signs.
